I am happy with it. I am well pleased with the cordless telephone extension to my AT&T system purchased through Amazon, service was quick, and works well.
We already had the base for this phone we needed better quality phones for the basement and the upstairs and this was a great match.
I hate that. I purchased two extra handsets for a AT&T 5.6 ghz phone someone gave to me. The answer would be, always have one handset hooked up to a headphone (it's so bothersome to have to stop a conversation to attach a headphone). Why have an off button so near one's ear. My only quibble with this system is I can no longer check my voicemail from a handset, only from the base (previous Panasonic could). Second quibble is that when holding the headset to my ear and squeezing it with my shoulder if I have to use both hands for something while talking, I can easily turn off the phone mid-conversation.
The recipient of the gift even ordered a companion from Amazon. This product has proven to be everything it claims to be. Shipping during holidays was swift and well packaged.
Would definitely buy another one. We had a Panasonic phone hand set previously.absolutely no comparison with the new AT&T. The AT&T answering machine works great, the four handsets are very efficient and the whole system is very easy to use including programming in the directory numbers.
